I love sweetcorn. It makes me happy. Little yellow bursts of sunshine with tasty, sweet crunchiness. I put sweetcorn on everything, and most places in the UK offer it as an accompaniment or topping. 

Pizza with sweetcorn

Planning a trip to Domino's or Papa Johns in the UK? Sweetcorn is on the menu. My favourite pizza ever is a stuffed crust with ham, pineapple and sweetcorn. MMMMMM sweetcorn.

Subs with sweetcorn

Step into a Subway in the UK and you'll be able to top your sandwich with sweetcorn. Why not? I even had it on my meatball sub with extra cheese once. MMMMM sweetcorn.  

Salads with sweetcorn

Go into any family restaurant with a salad bar, and right next to the bacon bits there'll be a nice big vat of sweetcorn. MMMM sweetcorn.

The thing is, everything is better with sweetcorn.
